How soon will I get my package? Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement. Expect email confirmation and tracking details. Typically your package will arrive within 5 to 8 business days.

Can I cancel my order? We don’t take payments automatically when you make a purchase. We take payment when your order is processed and ready to be shipped. Before we collect the payment you can cancel your order but after the payment is taken we don’t accept cancellations. We usually take the payment within 24 hours of placing the order.

How many days is your return policy? We have an 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I make a return? To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@simmoni.com Don’t forget that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. After shipping, please email us with the tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method  within 10 business days.

What products are non-refundable items? We cannot accept returns on sale products or custom products.

How do I measure my book to get the right size? We have two simple ways where you can decide which book sleeve size fits better for your books.

Measure LxWxH

  • Small: Usually a paperback L 6” W 2 1/4” H 8 1/2” OR L 15.24 cm W 5.71 cm H 21.59 cm.
  • Large: Usually a hardcover L 6 1/2” W 2 1/4” H 9 1/2” OR L 16.50 cm W 5.71 cm H 24.13 cm.

Wrap the measuring tape around the width and length to calculate the perimeter of each side.

  • Small: Usually a paperback Max Width Perimeter 16 1/2” or 41.91 cm Max Height Perimeter  21 1/2” or 54.61 cm.
  • Large: Usually a hardcover Max Width Perimeter 17 1/2” or 44.45 cm Max Height Perimeter 23 1/2” or 59.70 cm.
