Refund Policy
We ship our products just in the US. Your order ships within 24 hours of placement. Expect email confirmation and tracking details. Typically arrives in 5-8 business days.
Simmoni holds the authority to refuse cancellation of your order based on a change of heart before your item is dispatched. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your purchase but we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please email us, with your information and receipt, at hello@simmoni.com to confirm your eligibility for exchange, return or refund.
If you are elegible for exchange or return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, without any damage. Through email we will send you the address where to ship it. Don’t forget that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. After shipping, please email us with the tracking number. As soon as we get the package we will proceed the exchange or return. And if it was a refund you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but usually it takes 5 to 7 business days.
